PURCHASE INFORMATION
We are happy to accept orders through the website, by post, by fax, by telephone or by e-mail. If you are ordering through the website, please note that we have a "secure server" facility, which you can reach from our home page.Postage is FREE within UK if reference is made to this website. To other destinations, postage is charged at cost (airmail unless you specify surface).
All retail orders must be pre-paid; payment by credit or charge card permits immediate despatch. If we do not receive credit or charge card details (or if some details have been omitted or are in error) we will furnish a pro-forma invoice by fax or by post.
Although we have a "secure server" accessible from our home page, some people prefer to use other avenues. Our secure server is completely safe, but you might find it a little impersonal and prefer to place your order by fax or telephone. Some people send part of their card number in an e-mail message and part in another, later message; we are happy to co-operate but please be certain to provide some obvious reference details common to both messages, so that we can marry them together.
The card details required are:
Name of Holder
Type of card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex - unfortunately not Diners)
All digits of the Card Number
Date of Issue AND Date of Expiry
Issue number (i.e. is this a replacement or duplicate etc.?)To avoid doubt: We do NOT retain details of your card and we do NOT make any charge until goods are despatched. Goods may only be sent to the address at which the cardholder is registered.

Format (hardback or paperback, where choice exists)

All titles in our current catalogue are available to the public through any good bookseller and also through our own retail service. We are happy to accept payment by credit or charge card (include full details) and we will charge postage at £1.00 per book (max. £4.00) within UK or at cost to other destinations (sent by airmail unless you specify surface).
To uphold Copyright law we cannot supply every title worldwide - a note appears beside many titles, otherwise we will advise.
